This video clip shows a new 12" x12" tile floor installed through out the kitchen, foyer, and back hall mud area with a powder room and laundry room. First we removed 3/4" hardwood flooring in the foyer, and Linoleum flooring through out the rest of the kitchen and back hall. Then we installed 1/4" Hardi-backer board tile underlayment in the entire area. The tile was then installed and grouted using a stain inhibitor additive. the total area was about 435 s. f. and the job was completed in four days.
